Abigail holds a first-class degree in accounting from Evangel University, Ebonyi State. Her commitment to task completion as well as her robust knowledge of accounting has been instrumental to her team’s success.

Cynthia, a First-Class graduate of the University of Jos, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics. She possesses strong analytical skills, has high degree of intelligence, initiative and enthusiasm. She is a key member of the financial data analysis team.

Salma holds a second-class upper degree in Business Administration from the Kaduna State University. She is quick to learn, unafraid of challenges, and has been a key member of the Gemstone Microfinance operational audit team since she joined the company.

Jude is a consummate professional with expertise in agribusiness financing. He attended the Federal University Dutsin-Ma, Katsina state where he graduated with a second-class upper degree in Crop Production and Protection.

Aminu is an energetic, creative and self-motivated professional who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that he undertakes. His vast hands-on experience in loans, marketing, portfolio management, business development, Credit Risk Management and Recovery has seen him carve a niche for himself in the field of Risk Management. He joined Gemstone in October 2019 as the branch manager of Kaduna operations. For his expertise on credits, he rose to become Head of Credit and Risk after only a few months on the job. There has been an observable difference in the company’s recovery rate since he assumed this position. Aminu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the Federal University of technology, Yola, and also a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Nigerian Defense Academy Kaduna. He has also attended several professional courses on Risk Lending, Loan portfolio Management, Credit Management, and Customer Service management.

Femi is a distinguished professional and currently the Group Head of Operations of Gemstone Microfinance. He brings to the table a vast experience spanning over eleven(11) years and cutting across Commercial and Microfinance Banks. Femi started his banking career with First Bank Nigeria Limited in December 2008, where he quickly developed a passion for banking. Having gained in-depth operational experience in the areas of Customer Service, Cash Administration, Accounts & Clearing and Area Operations, he joined Microvis Microfinance Bank in 2017 as a Business Support manager, where he rose to become the Head of operations for the Bank within the same year for his outstanding achievements. He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria as well as B.Sc. in Public Administration from the University of Abuja. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) – MCP Femi joined  Gemstone Microfinance in November 2019 as group head of operations. His deep knowledge of banking operations has revolutionized the company’s mode of operations.
