Femi is a distinguished professional and currently the Group Head of Operations of Gemstone Microfinance. He brings to the table a vast experience spanning over eleven(11) years and cutting across Commercial and Microfinance Banks.

Femi started his banking career with First Bank Nigeria Limited in December 2008, where he quickly developed a passion for banking. Having gained in-depth operational experience in the areas of Customer Service, Cash Administration, Accounts & Clearing and Area Operations, he joined Microvis Microfinance Bank in 2017 as a Business Support manager, where he rose to become the Head of operations for the Bank within the same year for his outstanding achievements.

He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria as well as B.Sc. in Public Administration from the University of Abuja. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) – MCP Femi joined  Gemstone Microfinance in November 2019 as group head of operations.

His deep knowledge of banking operations has revolutionized the company’s mode of operations.
